Just wanted to share that Lee from Top Notch was fantastic when going through my home inspection. She took plenty of time to go over the home with me and described everything in a straightforward way, highlighting what was a real concern and what could be prioritized as secondary. The actual home report was extremely detailed and will prove useful for years to come as an upgrade list. Would thoroughly recommend and think the price was a great value.

The convenience of all the inspectors showing up the sewer line the home inspection, termite inspection, and a tank sweep saved a lot of time and multiple trips to the property. All five of the representatives I dealt with were very courteous And knowledgeable explained what they were doing and what their findings were along with me receiving everything in emails money well spent

We've had home inspections over the past few decades - they always felt like a check-the-box waste of time/money.Lee at Top Notch provided a whole other level of attention to detail - walking around during the inspection there was more focus on things to consider rather than just going through the motions and doing enough to build a report PDF.Top Notch also coordinated with the specialist inspectors (sewer line, pest, and pool) so it was an easy process, good value, and peace of mind type result.

Top Notch Home Inspection services are "TOP NOTCH"! Professional, thorough, informative, and the provided inspection report format is second to none. Their associate affiliates, tank sweep and chimney inspection services were equally as informative and made our purchase much less stressful when having the peace of mind knowing what your purchasing. I also believe TNHI reports helped my wife an I negotiate the necessary credits for repairs. It's a family thing. Carl did an inspection a few years ago for my daughter and with his keen eye spotted a discrepancy that may have cost her 10's of thousands of dollars to remedy. I had to have him do my home I was buying. I premade a punch list as an experienced home builder. Carl found a few items I missed. It's why it is a great idea to get another set of eyes. Everyone at Top Notch was great to work with and I was really happy with the comprehensive and detailed reports that they provided. I have used three other home inspection companies in the area in the recent past that were “good enough” to get the deal closed, but I found Top Notch to absolutely distinguish themselves among the rest.
