It's a family thing. Carl did an inspection a few years ago for my daughter and with his keen eye spotted a discrepancy that may have cost her 10's of thousands of dollars to remedy. I had to have him do my home I was buying. I premade a punch list as an experienced home builder. Carl found a few items I missed. It's why it is a great idea to get another set of eyes. Outstanding job and worth every penny.

Everyone at Top Notch was great to work with and I was really happy with the comprehensive and detailed reports that they provided.
